Overall great experience! The staff was so professional and friendly! The accounts manager was lovely. She explained everything so well and answered all our questions. They were prompt with appointment time and overnighted my daughter’s retainer which came as expected! We highly recommend Silver Lake Orthodontics!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and it just felt very much like family. Everyone was helpful and patient and explained everything so well that I didn’t have much questions to ask. Dr Kat, and Danny are both great professionals and they definitely care about their patients. Thank you Team Silver Lake! My son and I appreciated the effort they put in to see us being here for our first time and we look forward to our next visit.
I cannot recommend this place enough, a million stars. I put my dental health on hold for 5+ years, and had some really bad crowding that my personal dentist recommended I see an orthodontist about. As soon as I walked in- I felt so welcomed and safe. They welcomed me in, did some quick photos and scans. I met with the treatment coordinator who AMAZED ME! We made a plan to communicate with my DDS and do a simulation of my teeth w. and w.out extractions. I cannot wait to start this journey.
I absolutely love going in for my appointments! The staff is always so kind and fun to chat with and Dr. Katz is the sweetest. Thank you all for doing a wonderful job every visit!

I met Dr. Katz years before I got braces from her, and she is such a warm, kind person. I cannot recommend her and her team enough. They have always been accommodating, kind, and personable. I am so glad I went here, where I can get help or be seen very quickly!
Dr. Katz is very good at was she does and the whole experience through the ortho process was a great experience. Everybody in the office is super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Mikaela who was super helpful and kind in the treatment planning process and Elmedina in the front for being prompt/extra helpful and answering all of our questions!!
As someone who dreads the dentist and orthodontist in general, there is nowhere I would recommend over Silver Lake Orthodontics! The entire team is kind and friendly, making you feel understanding as to what your treatment plan is and why. They also have music playing that takes your mind off of what’s going on if you are uncomfortable. I have yet to encounter an unpleasant staff member. They also have an incredibly clean and sanitary environment. I trust them with my teeth and am willing to drive 45 minutes just to see them, they’re worth it!
Getting braces and getting them worked on is not usually the sort of thing you look forward to, but I will say they’re very welcoming and do a lot to make you feel like you belong there and it’s going to be okay. Sometimes the enthusiasm can be a little bit over the top but by and large love the friendliness and professionalism.
These people are so caring and nice. They helped right a wrong done to me by another ortho office. They were completely understanding of my situation and could’ve easily said no. Their employees know what they’re doing and care to make sure you’re comfortable. I wouldn’t go to any other office than this one for anything in the future. They’re very pleasant and willing to help someone who needs it!

We were so thankful to find Silver Lake Orthodontics! We aren’t from Washington (we’re here visiting family) and my son’s bracket broke at 4:50pm on a Friday! The staff at Silver Lake were so accommodating and so kind and so helpful! They quickly remedied the situation and wished us well! Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation very stress-free and pleasant!
My daughter likes this place so much she asks to go. She also asks if it can her dentist too… which is saying something because her dentist is great too! Very happy with the progress we’ve seen, the explanation of what they recommend and why, along with cost compared to other orthodontists in the area. Highly recommend!
